Okay, so I'm addicted....(Thanks Carol!!). I just finished the "Secret World" series and have to say it is definately worth the read. It is set around season 7 and Mulder is paired up with a new partner to profile a case while Scully is sent in undercover to infiltrate the IRA. Very well written and long at 6 postings (was disappointed to come to the end). Well, off to find the sequel, City of Lights.

Are Mulder and Scully together in the fic or get together ? I cannt handle fics in which Mukder and Scully are with someone else :( Shippy Heart!!

They are together as the story starts....it is written like they have been together for 1 year already. Starts off a little steamy LOL. Apparently the prequel is "Goshen". I should read it before I read City of Light. "City of Light" is 7 links long!

I read Goshen, that you mentionned and its brill. Not too long and a good storyline!!

Secret World is the next story after Goshen. Should have read it first.

i never really liked bonetree. isnt she supposed to be pretty angsty? all i read was goshen, and snore. if you want angst go read mustangsally or rivkat! just thinking about iolokus, folly and tikkun olam makes me so unreaonably happy.

I read Goshen and was not impressed at all, definitely not as good as Secret World. Secret World actually has a "real" story line.

I just finished "City of Light". The verdict is still out. It was a pretty good story, not as good as Secret World and very angsty. May try "The Mercy Seat" and see how that goes....yet another continuation!

I did enjoy the parts with Albert Hosteen. I could almost picture and hear him in my mind....he got everyone through most of the angst. Go Albert!! :)

Okay, so now I'm all intrigued and am going to start "Goshen"......
