Trivia: Homer's use of Jeebus is a Family Guy reference. A few weeks before Homer's quote, Family Guy flashed a clip of two Vatican types looking at a bible. One says "We have a typo. It says Jeebus here." The other responds "Ah, leave it in. Noone will notice."
