I think that Amy should give Ricky a chance. Sure he's made a few mistakes, but honestly, who hasn't? He seems to really want to be a part of the baby's life. What do you guys think?

i think ur right. i think if ricky gets to part of the baby's life he might think twice before acting out. i personally think ricky will have a change of heart before the season is over.

I don't think she should let him help because he is always with Adrian and fooling around and I don't like him! And he only wants to help because is shrink told him to and I think he feels bad that he did that!

even though he's kind of a scumbucket, i have always liked ricky. and i think he needs to take resposbility for his mistakes

I think that Amy should give him a chance. I mean, he's her baby's father! So I'm pretty sure that entitles him to some of the responsibility. I don't think Amy can just like...leave him out like that.

ummm idk at times i do and at times i dont. like the last episode how he was hoookin up with that one chick then he called adrian idk. but then when he goes to her house and asks to talk and hes just being a good person idk. buttt i dont blame amy hes really cute hah

I definately think Amy needs to give Ricky a chance. I've liked him from the get go despite his *need* for sex and seducing women but it's been clear as to why he does it. It's his masculine way of justifying what his father did to him.

When Ricky is around Amy he acts differently than he does with any other girl he's trying to entice. He acts mature. As for his therapist telling Ricky that he needed to do something about the situation; the way I see it is that he didn't tell him persey.

Ricky is a smart guy- he knows that he makes mistakes over and over and in the case of him and Amy he knows that this is mistake that he actually can control in a sense. I mean no he can't take back what happened but he can do something about it: he can choose to be apart of Amy's life and hopefully be the kind of parent that his own weren't. He can right the wrongs that have been laid upon him through his son or daughter and I think he really wants to.

Ricky's a sincere guy when he wants to be and when he really puts in the effort. So far he has only put the effort with Amy. He hasn't done so with Grace or Adrian or anyone else.

I guess I just see some possibility of good in Ricky and I would really like to think he not only wants to be there for his child but for Amy as well. Now it's just a matter of if or not Amy will give him that chance.
