Tony: Trust me, you have to see this.
Ziva: I'd rather be taking a shower, Tony.
Tony: It's every newbie's worse nightmare.
[pause, Tony and Ziva step out of the elevator and enter Autopsy. Ducky is teaching a class of new Agents who are observing the Autopsy.]
Tony: All new Agents are required to watch an Autopsy. You should have seen McGee, hurled. Emptied the contents of his stomache onto Ducky's shoes.
Ziva: Think he's talking about you, Tony.
Ziva: We have the same test at Mossad; if you fail, they terminate you.
Tony: How do you fail an autopsy?
Ziva: By doing that.
[ Elevator bings as it opens, Gibbs steps out and the doors to Autopsy open]
Ziva: What happens if you fail here?
Gibbs: Depends, Officer David. Some go on to become our Director.
[ Gibbs continues to walk over to Ducky as Ziva and Tony look at each other puzzled by what Gibbs just said.]
