He's in many episodes - the first that comes to mind is in 'The Shoes' he's the cook working alongside Gail Cunningham in the kitchen - I think she tells him to "sauce this".

He's in the background of the coffee shop at least once, on the street, by the door in the Chinese Restaurant.

He's tall with strawberry blonde hair and really stands out.

I just wondered if anyone knows who he is or if there's a story to him being such a recurring extra. Normally shows don't have an extra who sticks out so much come back over and over in different roles.

Omg...I've noticed him for sooo long. I finally decided to get online and see if anyone knows who he is and I found your post. Someone must know...he's everywhere. I think I saw him in one of my classes.

His name is Norman. He's Kramer's stand-in. Watch the DVDs with the Notes About Nothing turned on; they point out every single time he appears.
