The last FAQ post had a lot of information on things that have passed like season 7, the WGA strike, and season 8 rumors, so we are just going to stick with the relevant information.
Q: How do I know if my questions got accepted?
A: There is an area at the top of your profile (click on your name or picture) that will say your score and how many questions you have made. You can also see what questions you have created by clicking on the trivia tab, then clicking on the link that says "My Trivia Questions (#)".
Q: When can I see my trivia questions in the game?
A: All new questions go to the end of the game.
Q: How come my trivia questions got deleted?
A: Read the guidelines post. If you can say to yourself "I didn't follow that one." That is why your question(s) got deleted. Another tip, the earlier the season, the less likely a question from that season will be accepted because chances are it has already been submitted.
Q: The quotes on my profile box don't work, why?
A: That's Facebook, not us. Can't help you there.
Q: What song is playing when....?
A: Go to
scrubs.mopnt.com/music They have almost every song and what is happening when the song is playing. It is also broken up into seasons if you know what season or episode the song is in.
Q: It says I answered all of the questions, but I am not in the top ten. Why?
A: If you added the application recently, unless you cheat, it is very unlikely that you will reach the top 10. The people in the top 10 added the application when it was just starting out and there were no officers, so every question got through. Once questions were screened and reported, the number of questions went down dramatically, so their score will be higher.
Q: Well, can we reset the scores to make it fair?
A: We can't reset everyone's scores, but if you want your score reset so you can re-play the trivia challenge, we can do it individually. Send one of the officers a note on one of our Addicted to Scrubs profiles (click on our names or pictures), **NOT a Facebook message. This is very important. We will get a Facebook message, but we won't be able to help you because we need access to your Addicted to Scrubs profile and we can't get to it without a link, which only comes up if you post on a thread, leave someone a message, create a question/quiz/blog, or submit a quote or picture.
