it is a hard choice but i do have to say season 3 i would have said them all but season four wasn't that great compared to the others but season three was great

All so good, I voted for 1 because of Escobar and Megan O'Hara.

season 3 for sure was my favorite. nothing care beat the carver, that was some scary shit .lloolollo

season 3 was really great.. and it was by far my favorite, but personally I think it had a pretty obvious and slightly dissapointing end.

Are you guys serious? Season 3 sucked and they ended the Carver storyline in the most predictable way possible. Seasons 1 and 2 are the best, where the show was still shocking and focused on Sean and Christian's relationships with the patients.

This is a really hard choice to make, but i really loved the suspense and twists that surrounded the carver in season 3. Quentin and Kat are still alive anyone think they might come back?

Season 5 is getting darker and darker...

Well i love them all. I am an inconditionnal fan of Nip tuck. Season 3 was darker in tone it than the rest. Season 5 while it started with a lower note seems to be back on track since the Christmas episode.

Season 1, by far. I haven't seen Season 4, but I heard it wasn't as likable as the first three. Season 2 and 3 were very developmental, but lacked progressive interest. I got tired of the Del Le Mer spa concept, even though the set was staged very well. The whole Carver thing was rushed to the end of Season 3, very badly. It could've been a big hit if it stretched into Season 4, and less predictable.

Season 5 is just great
