Rose deserves some respect. She doesnt ask for much, and shes been in all 3 seasons. Shes just the middle-age relation to those who watch the show. Show her some decency, its not like shes blowing up any submarines or throwing knives into peoples backs.
ok... if you're going to get uptight about anything that's said on the show... don't go nuts on the characters --- they're just saying what's in the script... written by writers... so if you're seriously going to get upset, take it out on the writers! (although I think they do a fabulous job, and all this controversy & conversation is just proof that they're great!)
I have to laugh...you anti-Rose folks are way too uptight! It's a TV show...remember!? I really enjoy Lost, but to put that much energy into hating a character with a small part on TV...wow!
Personally, I loved the quote mainly because I was sick and tired of hearing "live together, die alone" said by so many other characters. It's like the "I have a bad feeling about this" in Star Wars. I could care less if it was Sawyer or Rose who said it. It was perfect. And I love Rose. She's like a motherly person on the island, one of the more solid characters. The scene with her and Charlie was great. She may not be in very many episodes, only 14, but I don't think that makes her any less of a character. Just my opinion.
Wow...Gaston i don't think i could have explained it better, i agree, Rose wasn't that bad in the earlier episodes when she didn't say a damn word, i kinda liked that, but now a days....fuck that bitch is all i can say, they seriously need to kill that fat fuck off. Aww that was such a funny quote, it made me laugh so much. It was just supposed to be comic relief and even Jack smiled so it wasn't a big deal. That is definitely my favorite quote of season 3.
