Also, the writers have came out and said Angela has an ability - and that it is one that has been used on the show - not by her, but by Peter.

I believe she has precognition. As for Arthur, well, I don't know. :\ There may be a hint in the comics somewhere... I'm just not sure what it is.

I believe though that the writers are going to make him pretty powerful. I can't really back this up, this is just the way I think they're planning on going with the plot.
