Futurama is a animated comedy show about the adventures of Philip J. Fry (Billy West), a pizza boy from New York who is cryogenically frozen on New Year's Eve in 1999 and wakes up in the year 2999. Fry is joined by a gang of misfits who are employees at the delivery company, Planet Express. Turanga Leela (Katey Sagal), the one eyed is the captain of the delivery ship, is a love interest of Fry's. Bender Bending Rodriguez (John DiMaggio) is a robot who is Fry's best friend and roommate. Professor Hubert J. Farnsworth (Billy West) is the founder of Planet Express and Fry's distant nephew. There are others who join the gang on their adventures through the universe, including the lobster handed Dr. Ziodberg, the rich intern Amy Wong (Lauren Tom) and the accountant Hermes Conrad (Phil LaMarr).
