Carter is my personal favorite, but I have a soft spot for Mark Greene too. He was a big mentor to Carter after all. Their both kind of the same person.

Ross is by far the best. Carter is up there. But wheres Romano's name? He was the best doc in terms of being an actual doctor. He was an asshole but a fun asshole. He just wanted people to have balls ala Dr. Greene when they got into it.
