For us diehards, at least for me, the last episode had great moments with old cast members coming back, but they are the same characters who have already come back during the final season.

It felt like ER was a bunch of commercials for SouthLAnd and the Office. Rachel brought me to tears (and I love that she and Korday are at Duke Univ....one of the best basketball teams, every year)

Overall, I give it 2.5 stars.

Yeah way too many commercials...

I give it 3.5 because I enjoyed it and could not stop crying.

At least it ended with them doing what they do best, take care of people in a trauma situation. Some shows end with tears, and sad goodbyes, this one said goodbye in it's own way. A very fitting end I think, good how Rachel Greene was featured in the final episode, as a future med student, a good legacy for Mark Greene's character.

I am sad to see ER end. I don't know what I will watch at 9pm (CT) on Thursdays now. I think the finale gave good closure to the show. It's one of the only shows that I have seen that gave good closure. It was great to see Rachel come back since Mark started off in the pilot. I thought I recognized her as soon as soon as it showed her. I couldn't believe how much she had grown.

I was surprised that it didn't show Abby and Luka since Abby and Carter dated and Carter worked with Luka in the Congo and he knew Kim. I was kind of disappointed that it didn't show them but bringing some of the others back made up for it. I was for sure that Carter and Kim would make up and get back together but she left like she wanted nothing else to do with him. I felt bad for him. One other thing that I was disappointed with is the fact that some of the show was about Sam's birthday. Big woop! I think they could have expanded on Carter's new medical facility and the reunion of the old cast.

I loved how it ended. But I wished Carter could have found out that Doug and Carol helped get his kidney. Baby Greene following in her fathers footsteps nice touch.
