There are so many shows on tv right now set in a hospital but anyone in these discussions favour ER. Does anyone else think that the creators of the show should create a spin off set in the Joshaua Carter Care Centre? I think that a show focussing on pediatrics would make an excellent spin off, especially if Noah Wyle could be convinced to play the leading part.

We all support Sick Kids Hospitals, does anyone else think that a medical show like ER but about children would make a great spin off?

When i saw the final episode, I thought there could be two spin-offs. One would be Carter working in his Center, with the show being all about that. The second spinoff would involve Rachel Greene working with Carter at the Carter center. I think it would be cool to have an ER spinoff.

They definately should create a spin-off. It would be great. We just have to convince CBS and Noah Wyle.
