Yes, I think Canada runs a day ahead of the US. That's why we could get the "early edition" recaps. I always have to watch delayed on my dvr though anyway so it doesn't bother me to watch a day later. :)

Andre had plastic surgery to be "identical" to Tony so it wouldn't have mattered if they were related by blood. I think you are right that they kept Tony's status as not a biological son of Stefano but also Tony always referred to his family as if they were blood relatives.
i remember something was said about Tony Dimeras' blood was tainted or something and that he could not be Stephanos Blood Son - but still not sure about it - because it mixes me up about his cousin Andre.
