The engineers. They keeps the ship running.
A portion of each section of the crew is expendable.
The crew as a whole makes this ship work.

A single crew member is in deathly peril. The tough part is, you are close with this crew member and saving him or her will put others at risk. What do you do?
Leave them. It will be tough, but it's better in the long run.
Make an effort to save them, but it's mostly for show.
Spend some resources to save them, but keep in mind your other obligations.
Save them at all costs.
Use all your resources to save them, even if it goes against your better judgement.

When put in a position of leadership, how do you usually shine through?
Firm but fair.
Fair but soft.
Strict and intimidating.
By the book.
Indecisive and uninterested.

The crew is important, yes. But what about the civilian fleet?
You could take them or leave them.
They have their uses and advantages.
Whiny bunch of softies.
They are important. We must look after eachother to be worthy of survival.
They are a burden, but you bare them with grace and without resentment.
