Hera is not dead. There was the spatial distortion that saul talked about when the raptor jumped away. Obviously, since we've learned that Cavil has been orchestrating things pretty much since his creation, I think we must be ready for the fact that his dramatic sacrifice of hera just might be what heralds him in as ye olde IMPERIOUS LEADER. Or Hera could kill his ass and we might just get a happy ending on the cylon home world (Which could be the real earth).......
