Ok. let me really frak with your brains. "Adama" is the name of a city in Ethiopia. Here is what Wikipedia says: "Emperor Haile Selassie renamed the town after Biblical Nazareth, and this name was used throughout the twentieth century. In 2000, the city officially reverted to its original Oromo language name, Adama, though "Nazareth" is still widely used."

I keep coming back to Joseph Adama and I can't really explain why I do. I just keep thinking that Joseph Adama is important for some reason. Has anyone else thought much about Joseph Adama?

Here's my theory.

Its pretty interesting that there are 12 lords of Kobol and 12 cylon models. But, the cylons don't believe in that religion, why mock themselves after "false idols" (thats what sharon says in season 2). Cylons belive more in christianity, maybe they are like the 12 disciples. And better yet maybe they are and Balter is a Jesus figure. He is the chosen one, he is the "savior" who has saved both sides (cylon and human). All the cylons looked to him when he was president (with a BSG tiwst i suppose) yet they all still liked him on the basestar and what not.

Maybe its true maybe its not.

Now for who i think the final cylon is. I have no idea but ill make an educated guess on a few possible people.

We know this: D'anna asked for forgiveness because she had no idea...signaling us that she probably did something bad to it either on the show or as a backstory. We also know the final cylon is not in the fleet...or is s/he?

I used to consider that whwen she said that in "revelations" it was that the cylon was not in the fleet (maybe the basetar but not the fleet at that time). However I realized that D'anna learned of the final five mid season 3 and was boxed right after that and did not get unboxed till the last 2 episodes and was on the basestar the whole time. Now either the final cylon was on the basestar (one would assume if the final four knokw they are then the final cylon knows too perhaps?)

OR

This person was not part of the fleet before d'anna as boxed and now is or still isn't. Perhaps someone who died or never was part of the fleet?

I dont think its Laura, she's always been part of the fleet and she shares visions with the cylons because of the cylon blood in her. I dont think its Adama because they made a huge deal that hera was the first hybrid and to make lee and zak the first ones would be cheasy. Its not Helo and i doubt its Gaius hes more of the father figure.

I thought it wcould be Zarek but hes part of the fleet. If we take it at the time of season 3 who was not part of the fleet would be:
Bill, Cain, (the other Xos and wat not of pegaus), Shaw, (Kat i think died prior to mid season 3), or someone else for that matter. Its so tough to think who it couuld be. I just hope its logical and good and it makes sense.
