I can see where Universal are going with Brian Singer as a director. The visual style Singer develops in Xmen, and Superman a cosmetic fantasy which could re-tell Battlestar Galactica. Two immediate problems spring to mind which I must splurge!

1./ When exactly will this be released?
A. A long time after Caprica I hope. When all BSG fans are truely clueless.

2./ Will a remake feature orignal cast?
A. Probably not.

3./ Production Company?
A. Supposedly UNIVERSAL

In my mind, The powers that are be, should employ original cast, pull a new story from Moore, get Bear, pull the cheques that Singer "would" recieve for making this, and make a nuclear BSG for the worldwide audience. Focusing on digital format, DVD with multi-languages, expos and a new BSG console game or MMORPG. But then again I haven't really thought about a movie, I was content with Caprica!
