I'm glad Aang didn't kill Ozai. That would have been REALLY out of character for him. I'm happy he found a cool way to make him harless ;)

Heck to the no! I'm glad Ozai lived! Call me crazy, but he rocks!!

And if Aang didn't make him powerless with awesome spiritbending then Sokka wouldn't have been able to call him the Loser Lord, and that was my favorite part in the entire show. ^_^

I liked the idea of spiritbending/energybending, but I wasn't a fan of how they showed it.

It was the perfect way to defeat Ozai. Aang didn't have the spirit for murder, and he spent several episodes looking for a solution.
