Col. Joan Burton, who is married to Roland, a psychiatrist at post hospital, returns home from 2-year tour in Afgantishan. The post gathers for the promotion of Colonel Baker to Brigadier General, which is where Claudia Joy, Denise and Pamela first meet Roxy. During the episode, Denise’s husband, Frank, is deployed, Trevor finds out that he is going to be starting paratrooper training, and Chase, Pamela’s husband, finds out that he made Delta Force. During a “ladies’ night” Roxy tries out for a job as bartender at the Hump Bar. Joan is dealing with her PTSD while Denise deals with her abusive son.
